Legal and Policies

Last updated: 4 June 2026

Welcome to Niche Content Lab. These policies explain the rules for using our website at nichecontentlab.com and the tools and services we provide. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these policies. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Terms of Service

Niche Content Lab is an online software tool that helps creators and small businesses find what their audience is searching for and turn it into content ideas, hooks, and lead magnet ideas. In these policies, the words "we", "us", and "our" mean Niche Content Lab. The words "you" and "your" mean the person using the service.

Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to use Niche Content Lab. You are responsible for keeping your account login details safe and for everything that happens under your account.

Your account

You agree to give accurate information when you sign up and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that break these policies, that are used in a harmful way, or where payment fails.

What we provide

We give you access to the Niche Content Lab tool and its features as described on our website. The ideas, suggestions, and outputs the tool produces are for your guidance. We do our best to keep the service working well, but we provide it on an "as is" basis and we cannot promise it will always be available, error free, or fit a particular purpose.

Your content and ideas

Anything you save or generate in your account belongs to you. You are free to use the ideas and outputs in your own content and business. You are responsible for what you choose to post and publish.

Our content

The Niche Content Lab name, logo, website, software, and design belong to us. You may not copy, resell, or rebuild the service or pass off our tool as your own.

Changes to the service and these terms

We may update the service and these policies from time to time. If we make an important change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated policies.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may end or limit your access if you break these policies. UK law governs these policies, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

2. Subscription and Billing

Niche Content Lab is a subscription service. Here is how the pricing and billing work.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may try to take it again and may pause your access until payment succeeds. If payment cannot be taken, your subscription may be cancelled.

Price changes

We may change our prices in future. If we change the price for existing members, we will give you clear notice by email before it takes effect, so you can decide whether to continue. Locked early member pricing is honoured as described above.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, or by emailing us. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew again and you will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

The £1 trial payment is not refundable, as it gives you 30 days of full access. After the trial, monthly payments are not refundable for the current month once that month has started, because the service is digital and available to use straight away. Cancelling stops all future payments.

Your legal rights

If you are a consumer in the UK, you may have a legal right to cancel a new digital service within 14 days. Because Niche Content Lab is a digital service you can use immediately, by starting to use it you agree that the service begins straight away and you understand this may affect that 14 day right. This does not take away any rights you have under UK consumer law.

Fair and simple: cancel any time, keep access until your paid period ends, and you are never locked into a long contract.

4. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to run the service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. Niche Content Lab is the data controller for the information you give us.
